The Amiri Diwan announced the Eid Al Fitr holiday schedule for ministries, government entities and financial institutions in Qatar.
According to the statement, the Eid holiday for ministries, other government agencies, public bodies and institutions will begin on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and continue until Monday, March 23, 2026. Employees will resume work on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
For the Qatar Central Bank, financial institutions supervised by the bank, as well as the Qatar Financial Markets Authority and entities under its supervision, the start and end dates of the holiday will be determined by the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank.
