Electric Diner at The Ned Doha marked International Burger Day with the launch of its new Raclette Burger, finished tableside with hot, melted raclette cheese.
Bringing a theatrical twist to the classic cheeseburger, the Raclette Burger arrives with its own tableside ritual. The raclette is heated until bubbling and caramelised before being scraped directly over the burger in front of guests, creating a rich layer of melted cheese and an unmistakable cheese pull.
Launched on 18 September in celebration of International Burger Day, the Raclette Burger is priced at QAR 130 and captures what Electric Diner does best: nostalgic American comfort food with a playful and indulgent twist.
Alongside the Raclette Burger, Electric Diner has also introduced three new milkshake flavours. Guests can choose from Salted Peanut Butter, a rich and nutty take on the diner classic; Coffee & Cream, smooth and creamy with a coffee kick; or Orange Creamsicle, a nostalgic combination of citrus and cream.
Set against Electric Diner’s signature red leather booths and retro interiors, the Raclette Burger brings together bold flavours, classic diner nostalgia and a tableside moment worth watching.
