Asador De Aranda
The restaurant has a special technique of slow cooking on clay to improve the texture and enhance the flavors while maintaining the nutritional qualities of the produce. “Asador” meaning ‘roasting restaurant,’ where guests will enjot Spanish cuisine and gastronomy.
