From the Al Khor Coastal Road to Al Sa’ad Plaza, Lusail Boulevard stretches 1.3 km containing 18 mixed-use buildings, 14 mixed-use podium buildings, and 4-5 levels of underground parking. The buildings on both sides of the boulevard are lit with yellow lights with square patterns illuminating the road at night time.
Some of these buildings have large 3D screens that display stunning 3D animations and advertisements, some of them being super realistic.
The road of the boulevard is open to traffic and the side walkways aid in the area being pedestrian friendly. Both sides of the boulevard are occupied by retail stores and mostly restaurants and cafes.
Al Sa’ad Plaza
The grand, iconic centerpiece of Downtown Lusail, overlooking the sea at the end of Lusail Boulevard. It is characterized by the 30-meter icon of a whale shark, suspended in the air and the four iconic towers of 50 and 70 floors in height.
Al Sa’ad Plaza premium district is a unique urban pedestrian realm with spectacular sea views. The four impressive landmark towers are commercial establishments. The giant whale shark, Al Nehem, is suspended via cables in between these towers. Qatari Diar unveiled Al Nehem to celebrate Qatar’s Iconic Marine Animal, the Whale Shark. Qatar’s warm, clean water waters are home to one of the world’s last colonies of whale sharks, part of the unique ecosystem of marine life that calls Qatar home.

The main boulevard is dotted with regional and international cafes & restaurants. Most of the cafes and restaurants have defined outdoor seating with cooling systems which makes a pleasant environment throughout the year to enjoy dining out at any time at the boulevard.

Entertainment at Lusail Boulevard
WOW (World of Wonders) Park is an indoor leisure and entertainment center located in Lusail Boulevard. It offers exciting attractions and games suitable for families and individuals of all ages.
From high-flying thrills, like the Gravity-fuelled Zip Coaster and the GCC’s highest indoor climbing wall, to immersive experiences such as the Exploration Caves and Laser Tag, there’s something for everyone at this family indoor entertainment park. Additionally, it also features a dedicated toddler zone, Doha’s first and only Mini-bowling go-karting and arcade games.

Access: To reach Lusail Boulevard using Doha Metro and Tram, take the Doha Metro Red Line and get off at Legtaifiya Station. From there, switch to the Lusail Tram Orange Line and get off at Lusail Downtown Station.
