Designed to bring people together over fire and flavor, Verano brunch delivers a curated selection of Latin-inspired dishes, served both tableside and across interactive live stations. Guests can savor chef pass-arounds like freshly made empanadas, indulgent mini beef brisket tacos, and crispy fried chicken sliders, before exploring the showstopping grill station, where Argentinian cuts like tenderloin and picanha are prepared à la minute.
Seafood lovers can dive into Argentinean-style salmon glazed with passion fruit or enjoy fresh ceviche, bursting with zesty tiger’s milk and vibrant toppings.
