Park Hyatt Doha has announced the appointment of Ivan Raznatovic as its new Director of Food and Beverage. Ivan brings with him a wealth of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
Before moving to Qatar, Ivan worked as the assistant director of food and beverage at Grand Hyatt Kuwait. During his previous tenure, he had a vital role in the hotel’s pre-opening phase, overseeing the successful launch of multiple dining outlets. He contributed throughout his strategic approach to develop engaging events and concepts, and collaborated with media and influencers to highlight the hotel’s presence.
Prior to his role at Grand Hyatt Kuwait, Ivan held significant roles at several renowned hotels, including The Chedi Lustica Bay in Montenegro and Karisma Hotels. During his time there, he earned a strong reputation for his strategic approach to food and beverage management, team development, and consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ivan is also deeply passionate about innovating dining concepts and maintaining high-quality standards.

Ivan holds a degree in Tourism Management from Union College in Belgrade, Serbia. He is fluent in English, Montenegrin, Italian, Spanish & Russian, reflecting his adaptability and global perspective in hospitality.
